Four offices, five provinces, and a team that will tell you when you do not need us.
Five short steps. We come back with a price, a date and which programmes your address qualifies for.
Start → Already a clientIf a rebate has gone quiet, tell us where it is stuck and we will find out.
Status follow-up → Commercial & industrialTell us about the building and we come back with a scope and a price, not a brochure.
Commercial enquiry →Our line is 1 (800) 203-4395, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm local time. If you are ringing about a specific programme, having the address to hand makes the call about three minutes shorter, because the municipal programmes vary street by street in some cities.
Appointments are carried out at your building, not at an office. The addresses matter because they tell you which team is nearest — and because a company asking you to trust it should say where it is.
Anything that is not a booking or a rebate status. If it is one of those, the forms above get to the right desk considerably faster.
If something has gone wrong we would rather hear it directly. Our complaint policy sets out what we do with it and how long we take. Where a complaint concerns an EnerGuide evaluation, you also have a route to Natural Resources Canada independently of us, and the policy says how.
