This programme requires a pre-retrofit and a post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation by a registered energy advisor working under a licensed Service Organization. That is what we are.

What it is
This is unusually well designed: rather than paying a fixed amount per measure, Manitoba pays for the energy you actually stop using, and pays double for savings that take the house past the standard of a typical new home. Both evaluations are mandatory and you have to apply before the work starts. It rewards doing the envelope properly instead of cherry-picking the easiest rebate.
