What it is
Manitoba is the friendliest province in the country for this work and this is the simplest offer in it: have a pre-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation done and Efficiency Manitoba gives you $400 back, provided you apply within ninety days. You need to own the home, have active Manitoba Hydro service, have a house at least two years old, plan at least one upgrade within twelve months, and not have claimed it at that address before. This one covers the pre-retrofit evaluation only.
