This programme requires a pre-retrofit and a post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation by a registered energy advisor working under a licensed Service Organization. That is what we are.

What it is

For Manitoba builders this is the clearest ladder in the country: beat code by 25% and you are in, and the rebate rises with the tier and the size of the house. It has to be delivered by an energy advisor from an approved EnerGuide Service Organization, three storeys or fewer, footprint under 600 square metres, on Manitoba Hydro service. The modelling has to happen at design stage, which is the part builders leave too late.
