Rebate files go quiet for a small number of predictable reasons: a missing post-retrofit evaluation, an invoice that does not match the measure claimed, a programme that changed its rules between your two visits, or simply a queue. Most of them we can resolve at our end without you having to ring anybody.

Use the name and address the evaluation was done under rather than a new one — that is how the file is indexed.
