This programme requires a pre-retrofit and a post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation by a registered energy advisor working under a licensed Service Organization. That is what we are.
Book the evaluationThis is the live centre of the Ontario market and the reason our phone rings. Insulation, windows and doors, heat pump water heaters and air sealing all sit on the assessment path, which means a pre-retrofit and a post-retrofit evaluation are required, both by a registered energy advisor from an approved Service Organization, and the programme expects the same advisor for both. The $600 rebate covers the pair.
One correction worth making, because it is repeated everywhere: the programme has no published end date. Not on saveonenergy.ca, not on homerenovationsavings.ca, not in the IESO plan. Anyone telling you it ends on a particular day is guessing, and that includes anyone using a countdown clock to hurry you.
