This programme requires a pre-retrofit and a post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation by a registered energy advisor working under a licensed Service Organization. That is what we are.

What it is

HER+ is still advertised as live on a great many contractor websites. It is not. Every one of its deadlines has passed. It required a pre- and post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation by an NRCan-licensed Registered Energy Advisor, preferably the same one for both, and the Home Renovation Savings Program is what now does that job in Ontario.

Dates and status

Pre-retrofit evaluations had to fall between 1 April 2020 and 5 February 2024; post-retrofit by 1 December 2025; final submissions by 31 December 2025.
