What it is

Zero per cent, fifty thousand dollars, ten years, no hidden fees, repaid through the property tax bill — it is the best municipal offer in Ontario and unsurprisingly it is nearly gone. Guelph requires both a pre- and a post-retrofit assessment and, unlike Ottawa, the homeowner pays for them. If you are in Guelph and thinking about it, join the waitlist today rather than after you have chosen a contractor.
