This programme requires a pre-retrofit and a post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation by a registered energy advisor working under a licensed Service Organization. That is what we are.

What it is

Worth being careful here, because the reporting and the City disagree. Several news outlets described the programme as relaunching; the City of Kingston's own page says it is no longer accepting applications and offers a waitlist. We go with the City. If you are on the waitlist it required a pre- and post-retrofit EnerGuide assessment by a certified energy advisor, so the evaluation you commission now will still count.
