What it is

The FortisBC offer worth knowing about is the New Home Program, which pays up to $20,000 to a builder or developer reaching Step 5 of the BC Energy Step Code — and Step 5 is demonstrated with energy modelling and an airtightness test, which is work we do. On the residential renovation side, the bonus requires two or more upgrades and we have deliberately not reproduced the dollar figures: FortisBC revises them without notice and a stale number on our page becomes your disappointment.
