What it is

The multi-unit affordable housing stream funded exactly the work we do — audits, energy modelling and retrofit planning were eligible pre-retrofit activities — and it is now fully subscribed. If you are a housing provider holding a building over twenty years old, the live routes are CMHC MLI Select on refinancing and, in Ontario, Save on Energy's commercial programmes.
