Book the evaluationThe interest-free loan is the single most-asked-about programme in this office and the answer is no longer yes. NRCan states that funding is fully committed and that no further applications can be approved. If you were approved before it closed, nothing about your loan changes. If you were not, the nearest equivalents are municipal: Ottawa's Better Homes loan and Guelph's zero-interest loan are both still lending, and both require the same pre- and post-retrofit evaluations this one did.
