You do not need an evaluation for this one, and we will not pretend otherwise.
This is the surviving federal retrofit programme and it works nothing like the grant it followed. It is aimed at low- and median-income households, the retrofits are installed at no cost rather than reimbursed, and it is delivered through a provincial partner rather than by Ottawa directly. Be careful with anyone quoting you amounts for it: the federal page publishes none. And to be straight with you, it does not generally require a homeowner to commission an EnerGuide evaluation, so it is not a reason to hire us.
